Colin Gifford
SAGI Director, Life Art
Welcome

Colin Gifford is a master artist who has worked for many prestigious clients on a national scale. In 2013 he was commissioned to create iconic murals for Holy Protection Monastery of the Theotokos in Eagle Harbor, Michigan.  This monastery was founded to foster the arts for the Glory of God. Currently, Colin serves as Chief Operations Officer/Administrator, as well as its Art Director.  Serving in both capacities, he is co-designing and helping to facilitate the construction of the “Holy Protection Arts Center.” Once completed, this will be the fulfillment of the original vision of the monastery’s founders, Hieromonk Nicholas and Hieromonk Basil. Colin shares in their vision and believes that God created man to love what is holy and true; since every atom is holy, the whole being of each person is called to “Glorify Him” with the gifts He has given them.
